Your responsibilities
Your responsibility is to manage the production plan for the operational horizon (13weeks) based on the demand plan: customer demand & dependent requirements (a combination of forecast, contracts and orders), taking into account industrial constraints and capabilities (capacity, batch size, etc.). You are responsible for:
Being the SPOC for all liquid or solid productions of the plant. Being responsible for communication towards customer (care).
Reflecting tactical decisions in the operational plan.
Collaborating closely with other planners (Schedulers, solid planners, central planners, demand planners and raw material planners) to ensure the consistency and feasibility of plans and to solve operational supply issues.
Collaborating with transfer team to solve unbalances between operation plan and demand.
Collaborating with the plant to adjust capacities/capabilities on the operational horizon.
Driving the plant on adherence to agreed calendars and shift regimes (in accordance to the tactical plan decisions) and reflect agreed changes within supply plan.
Challenging the plant on performance – Service, Rates, OEEs – and reflect agreed parameters within supply plan.
Communicating the production plan to the plant (handover to schedulers).
Following-up scheduling and execution, making sure the production plan is respected and agree on action plans in case of gaps.
Performing ad hoc analysis to support decision making when several options are identified.
Managing phase-in / phase-out on the operational horizon.
Maintaining master data needed for operational planning (within the
defined scope).
Setting-up / modeling changes to capacity (e.g. new line) based on input from OSCO Strategic Projects.
Building reports and follow KPIs on Service, efficiency and production rates.
Implementing best practices and being involved in the continuous
improvement initiatives.

About you
You obtained a Master degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Economics
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, with preference in the food industry
The preferred candidate has a first experience with team management
Fluent in English, French and Dutch
You are analytical and result-oriented
You are capable to cope with setbacks
You are stress resistant, a team player, a good communicator and an initiator
You are able to set priorities
You have a deep knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel
