Your responsibilities

As a Paralegal responsible for the sales administration, you are a part of the legal team and you are the gatekeeper of the legal processes related to their real estate projects. You will be responsible for the follow-up and management of the projects throughout the process starting from the acquisition to the sales agreement. You will have a key role in this team.

You will also manage the signing process and the company filing. Your role is to help with corporate housekeeping and you will be responsible for the following-up on Company Law formalities.

With your experience and expertise, you are a real asset to the Head of Legal and other Legal Counsels, both on an legal, administrative and organizational level. You are punctual with great communication skills and you are not afraid to take initiative and work in an autonomous manner.

Your profile

You have a Bachelor degree in Law or a prior legal training and extensive experience in an administrative role in a legal environment.
You have at least 4 years of experience.
Having experience in a notary’s office is a plus.
You are bilingual in French and Dutch. Knowledge of English is definitely a plus.
You show great independence in the planning and organization of your own work.
You are precise, with a sense of initiative, dynamic and solution-oriented.
You are a strong communicator (both verbal as in writing) and thrive in an intellectually stimulating environment.
You are eager to work in a challenging and fast-moving environment, where team spirit is key.
